Just like any other medical malpractice case, in a wrongful death case relating to medical malpractice, is that any healthcare providers who played a role in causing that person’s death can be held responsible. Whether they’re a nurse or a physician, it doesn’t really delineate who can be held responsible. One of the things that we take pride in is making sure that we identify all the healthcare providers that had a role in it, and we hold every single one of them accountable. It requires knowledge, it requires experience, it requires time and resources, but we take a lot of pride in our ability to do that.
