Allison Handler Maldari
Allison Handler Maldari focuses her practice on representing plaintiffs and their families in medical malpractice, birth injury, and nursing home negligence cases. She believes it is imperative to give a voice to the injured and to seek justice and accountability for preventable catastrophic outcomes.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Handler Maldari practiced law in Virginia where she handled medical malpractice matters, including those involving stillbirth, cerebral palsy, pediatric injury, cancer misdiagnosis, surgical and medication errors, and wrongful death.
Ms. Handler Maldari graduated with her Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School in 2014. In law school, she served as Executive Editor of the Journal of Women & the Law and as a Fellow with the National Center for State Courts. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College. She is admitted to the Florida Bar and to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the United State District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
She is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. She is also an active volunteer for the Oberlin Alumni Network.
