In order to bring any kind of medical malpractice lawsuit, what’s really important is to understand the entire medical chart. So what we do is we try to request all the records that are relevant, going back as far as we possibly can about that particular patient. We rely very heavily on our experts; our experts are the most qualified, well-credentialed in the country, let alone the world. We rely on them to say, “Hey, what should we be looking for?” So they guide us; they can tell us, “Here’s what we need to be looking for,” so we follow their lead. We request those records, and we have nurses that work for us to help guide us through that process.
